Spain publishes ENS & ENI

The Spanish National Interoperability (ENI) and Security frameworks (ENS) have been published today.

The national expert Miguel Amutio Gomez, Jefe de Área de Planificación y Explotación, Dirección General para el Impulso de la Administración Electrónica, Ministerio de la Presidencia, who represents Spain in the SEMIC.EU Advisory Group, just informed us that Spain has released the National Interoperability and Security Frameworks to the public. We are expecting a statement by Mr. Amutio Gomez shortly.

- ENS: Real Decreto 3/2010, de 8 de enero, por el que se regula el Esquema Nacional de Seguridad en el ámbito de la Administración Electrónica.

- ENI: Real Decreto 4/2010, de 8 de enero, por el que se regula el Esquema Nacional de Interoperabilidad en el ámbito de la Administración Electrónica.
