The Austrian federal government runs a comprehensive repository of conventions and recommendations based on agreements between federal, state and municipal authorities.
CORES Registry
The registry was developed in the framework of the CORES project. It lists international element sets, elements, encoding schemes and application profiles.
Denmark: Digitalisér.dk
Digitalisér is a repository for any sort of digital object promoting digital services and interoperability and in turn visions of a common public digitisation.
Estonia: RIHA
The Administration System for the State Information System (RIHA) is the central tool in Estonia's semantic interoperability architecture. RIHA hosts and publishes ontologies as well as infoware's metadata, including semantics. It serves as a search engine for semantic assets.
Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO)
The "Agricultural Information Management Standards" of the United Nations' FAO lists Knowledge Organization Systems (KOS) in the agricultural and related domains.
Germany: XRepository
XRepository is a central part of the German standardisation initiative. It collects and provides XML based interoperability assets across all levels of government. Data Models (core components of varying granularity) are developed jointly by federal and state level projects and authorities.
Hong Kong: The Registry of Data Standards
Hong Kong has concertedly aligned data models and provides public access to the corresponding XML schemas. The national Interoperability Framework contains an XML Schema Design and Management Guide.
Latvia: IVIS Portal
A repository of interoperability assets is one of the backbones of Latvia’s shared services platform. Among others, it contains a catalogue of XML schemas.
The Netherlands: Stelselcatalogus
The Stelselcatalogus provides a high level description (metalevel) of the content of the dutch national baseregistries (on Natural Person, Company, Cars, Adresses, etc.), objects, attributes, etc. The Stelselcatalogus does not contain the data itself about these objects.
Open Metadata Registry
The Open Metada Registry provides services to developers and consumers of controlled vocabularies and is one of the first production deployments of the RDF-based Semantic Web Community's Simple Knowledge Organization System (SKOS).
Switzerland
eCH publishes standards for Swiss eGovernment. As a federal institution, eCH also provides support in standard development based on its own samples.
United Kingdom: UK Government Data Standards Catalogue
Within its e-Government Interoperability Framework, the UK Cabinet Office provides this extensive repository. The online version gives direct access to a large number of schemas ranging from person identifiers to financial data.
