NACE Rev. 2 is valid in the EU Member States from 1 jaanuarist 2008. January 2008. EMTAK codes correspond to the first four of the lowest four-digit level of NACE Rev. 2 classification. The fifth level is taken into account in defining the specific features of Estonia's economic activities, as well as the relevant legislation.
